EXTRA INFORMATION

So you want to know a little bit more about me? Well, you already know my name is Angelina... I'm a hobbyist artist and author, meaning that I mainly draw and write for my own amusement. I think hobbies should be fun, so if something I'm writing or drawing makes me frustrated then I don't think it's worthy of my attention anymore! Maybe not the best habit to have... But it's not like I'm irresponsible when it comes to important matters.

Some things that I like? For starters, I like listening to music a lot and I collect CDs. Cardiacs are my favorite band of all time and their music means a lot to me. I also like XTC a lot, and also Camper Van Beethoven. Honestly, I like all kinds of music, so I'll just put a chart featuring SOME of my favorite albums below instead of listing every single band I like.

Besides CDs, I also collect Sylvanian Families/Calico Critters, Furbys, and cute stationery/art supplies. I am a big fan of washi tape. I also like fashion, I mean, who doesn't like wearing cute clothes? I don't really like watching movies very often since I have the attention span of a goldfish, but I do like Studio Ghibli films a lot. I think that Terry Gilliam and Tim Burton and David Lynch are really good directors, I like Brazil and Nightmare Before Christmas and Beetlejuice. However my favorite movie of all time by far is for sure Natural Born Killers. I normally don't like violent/crime movies, but I make an exception since it's so much more than just a movie about serial killers. I also like to read sometimes, I prefer reading more than watching movies or TV. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is a good book. So is the uncut version of The Stand; the Illuminatus! books are entertaining too and inspired me to start writing more.

I'm not really sure what else to say, I'm kind of a boring person honestly lol. I'm a recluse outside of work and lot of my brainpower goes into thinking about my original characters and the world they live in. I think my favorite OC is probably Hong, and I don't think I have a "least favorite" character. Sometimes I joke about hating Anton but he is not really meant to be a likeable person anyway. At least for now. I'm currently writing his redemption arc, so stay tuned.

I am left handed.

My natural hair color is dark brown, but I've dyed my hair basically every color of the rainbow.

I am a pretty stereotypical Libra, for people who believe in that kind of thing.

I enjoy reading Tarot, but I try not to take it too seriously.

I can wiggle my ears.

The only "celebrity" I've met so far is Salt Peter from the band "Dwarves". He's also made a bunch of music for Spongebob.

My septum is pierced but I don't usually draw myself with a nose ring because it's annoying. I used to have a vertical labret piercing too but I took it out since I couldn't stop fidgeting with it.
