MUSIC I LIKE

I've been told that I have really good taste in music and that it's the coolest so I thought I'd share some of my most fondest songs here!! I don't like to gatekeep.

DEEP TURTLE - Tiodt

Starting off strong with something REALLY awesome and cool and NOT LAME. I looooove Deep Turtle they are soooo cool and they're FINNISH!! Which is kinda funny considering that they sing in English and Spanish and not in their native language. I don't know why that is. But they utilize really weird time signatures a lot which is fun and they said they were inspired by Cardiacs to do so. They even have a song called 'Cardiako' so it makes sense.

CARDIACS - Everything is EASY!

OH OH and speaking of Cardiacs this is one of their best songs.I LOOOOOOOVE CARDIACS SOOOOOO MUCH. Almost as much as I love Deep Turtle and Mr. Bungle and Saturn's Flea Collar and Victims Family and Primus... it's a really close tie. This song used to only be performed live, the live version's alright but I like this version a lot too. The lyrics are really good I sing it a lot when I'm bored. "It's a fabulous spectacle worthy of laudation" I mean??? Oh my God?? ARE YOU PEOPLE SEEING THIS?!?!?? I'm mad I didn't come up with it first.

MR. BUNGLE - My Ass is on Fire

Like I said before I think Mr. Bungle is a really good band. Mike Patton is a really talented singer ^_^ and he has cool outfits and I think he's really handsome and smart too. He has a lot of good opinions on everything. I wish I was awesome and cool like him....

THE HELLWORMS - We're from Manchester

The Hellworms are a spinoff of Victims Family. I like the guitar in this song a lot, especially towards the end. It makes me feel so badass when I listen to it lolololol. The lyrics are good too, this is another one of those songs where I get really really pissed that I didn't come up with it first. I think the lyrics are so very cute.....

SATURN'S FLEA COLLAR - Aches and Pains

Saturn's Flea Collar is another spinoff of Victims Family. Would it be cheating if I put this song since it's by the same people behind the last one? If it is, I don't care hee hee. Umm anyways I would totally have put the entire album here BECAUSE IT'S REALLY REALLY GOOD actually it's the pinnacle of music honestly. But I wanted to stick to one song and I chose this one because it's the most memorable and relatable to me. Some other songs on that album that are really good are 'Billy and Some Apples' and 'Is in the Middle of'. Ralf Spight is the best guitar player ever it's like he's not even human.

THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS - Birdhouse in Your Soul

I like They Might Be Giants a lot with the singer you can tell he's from New York like it's super obvious when you hear him hahaha. This is another song I like to sing a lot I alsolike to sing their song 'Ana Ng' until Anton tells me to shut up it's really funny when he gets mad. I relate to this song on a spiritual level sometimes I feel like it was written for and about me... interesting!!!!!

STRAWBERRY SWITCHBLADE - Ecstasy (Apple of My Eye)

I really liked the album cover before I even knew about this band. This song is really really cute and it makes me happy to listen to it!! I think that being in love like this would be really fun and it would make me feel whole inside. I hope one day I find someone to love me like that. I think that the members of this band are really lovely and pretty and so cool I want to be Rose McDowell so badly because she's very pretty and talented.

THE DWARVES - I Will Deny

THIS ALBUM COVER HAS BOOBS ON IT!!!!!!!! But luckily on YouTube it's the censored version. The Dwarves sing a lot about sex and violence which are two things I don't have much experience with but I'd like to learn about. Also it's funny because they did music for SpongeBob before! Isn't that CRAZY?!

SCHLONG - Human Nature

THIS BAND'S NAME IS SO WEEEIIIRRRDD.... When Anton asks me what I'm listening to I get so scared to say it because HE MAKES FUN OF ME!! He's so mean to me sometimes... *sniffle* Anyways this cover is way better than the original and if you don't agree you're WRONG!

THE B-52'S - Give Me Back My Man

And finally ~~~ This song is very good even though I don't really know what it's about X_X It's another one of those songs that's really fun to sing aloud I like singing it at the top of my lungs. B-52's have a lot of songs like that because their song 'Roam' is also really fun to sing along to!!!
